There is limited space on most Vivid Adventures Workshops, but there are some things you will want to take.

Risk and Responsibilities:

Like most businesses, we take a lot of care to ensure that you have a fun-filled time, that you are not put at risk, and that everything goes according to plan.  Then life happens - we are out in the outback.  The weather changes as it does.  People do things out of our control. Well maintained equipment has an unexpected failure.  So we have some terms and conditions we would like you to read, so that amongst other things, you understand that we take all the care we can, but some responsibilities are yours.  It includes our cancellation and refund policy too.

Changes:

Our itineraries are structured to include as much flexibility as they can.  They will be subject to change for all number of reasons.  If you are anxious about any aspect of a workshop, or a particular location or activity is crucial to your decision or your enjoyment, just let us know and you will generally be accommodated.
